PilgrimTRIBE is a free rewards program offered by Pilgrim to registered users on www.discoverpilgrim.com and the Pilgrim App. No purchase is necessary to obtain membership.
Membership Account
You are automatically enrolled in the PilgrimTRIBE program when you create an account on the Pilgrim website or app. Once registered, you can view your PilgrimMILES balance in the "My PilgrimMILES" section of your account.
Eligibility
- Only one PilgrimTRIBE account can be associated with a single email address.
- By enrolling in PilgrimTRIBE, you agree (or, if you are a Minor, your parent/legal guardian agrees) to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
- To register, you must provide basic details (name, phone number, email) and accept our Terms of Use & Privacy Policy.
2. Earning PilgrimMILES
General
PilgrimMILES can be earned only on purchases made online at www.discoverpilgrim.com and the Pilgrim App. You must be signed into your account at the time of purchase to earn PilgrimMILES.
Earning Structure

PilgrimMILES Crediting
- PilgrimMILES are credited after your order is delivered.
- If an order is canceled or refunded, the respective PilgrimMILES will be deducted from your balance.
3. Redeeming PilgrimMILES
General
PilgrimMILES can be redeemed only on purchases made online at www.discoverpilgrim.com and the Pilgrim App.
